Twin spiraling towers, 80- and 20-storeys, atop a G+1 podium rise sharply, the taller tower of 360 meters accommodates exclusive apartments and a 5-star hotel while the lower block contains executive offices. Tower elements are clad in blue and silver reflective glass in concert with a motif of punch openings in silver aluminum panels.
The podium houses retail, public functions, lobbies surrounded by lush landscaping. A pedestrian bridge connects to the beach, club house and marina. Parking for 2600 cars occupies the 3 basement levels.
