Olivara Residence
The proposed design explores the full potential of the site and its urban park setting in creating a green and tranquil environment conducive to family and singles living. Stepped landscaped terraces, roof gardens and articulated building forms add visual interests and diversity. Four 5-storey residential buildings, arranged in a ‘U’ configuration around the community park, house a total of 238 Studio, 1-, 2- and 3-Bedroom apartment.
The project is designed on a modular system from façade, structure to unit layout. A boutique retail and recreation structure positioned at the entrance to the compound houses a gymnasium, pool, café and convenience store. Underground parking is provided for all residents.
